Under Development

The Dore Oral History Group was formed to undertake a Millennium Project.

Their aim was to record the memories of residents of twentieth century life in Dore.

The wide range of subjects they talked about has been painstakingly indexed.

Their recollections, inevitably, also include memories that may be of interest to family historians.

We have recordings of the interviews along with the transcripts and also some written memories.

Here we will list the names, of the over 50 Dore residents, that shared their memories.
